SHEROS-HHEROS exists because too many young people are expected to navigate serious challenges without steady support. We walk alongside youth and young adults ages 14–24 and their families with trusted relationships, practical tools, and real opportunities that help them stay connected to school, community, and future goals.

MISSION
SHEROS-HHEROS serves youth ages 14–24 and their families through mentoring, social-emotional learning, leadership development, conflict resolution, legal literacy, workforce readiness, and reentry support.
Our team and credible messengers—including returning citizens and formerly incarcerated guest speakers—help young people build practical skills, practice restorative justice, and lead youth-led community service that strengthens neighborhoods.

In that future, families, schools, and community partners work together so youth leadership, restorative practices, and second-chance support are the norm—and no young person faces barriers alone.
